At chill-art-connect I am passionate about the power of creativity to enhance wellbeing. These creative arts workshops are designed to promote relaxation, fun and provide a safe space to connect with a supportive like-minded community.

Vicki Crombie is the founder of chill-art-connect and lives on the Sunshine Coast. After an extensive career as a Speech Pathologist, Teacher and Principal Advisor for the Department of Education, I suffered a significant health challenge which forced me to stop working. Through adversity comes growth. I discovered first-hand the healing benefits of relaxation, mindfulness and creative arts. I retrained as a HICAT facilitator (holistic, integrated, creative arts therapy) and completed a Certificate IV - Peer Work Mental Health. I am passionate about creating fun, meaningful opportunities so others can enjoy the positive wellbeing benefits of exploring creativity and connecting more deeply with self and others.
As the pressures and stresses of daily life continue to grow, there is an increasing need to make space and time in our busy lives to slow down and relax, invest in our wellbeing and spend time doing what matters.
Chill-art-connect workshops combine a unique blend of relaxation practices with an exploration of creative arts. This approach is based on holistic, integrated, creative arts therapy and is designed to support deeper connection with ourselves and others.
Curiosity and a sense of adventure are actively encouraged, along with kindness, compassion and respect. Workshops provide an invitation to explore your thoughts, feelings and beliefs while also sharing new adventures in creative arts. The goal is to leave our workshops feeling empowered and energised.
