This HICAT practice is client centred, compassionate and respectful.  All client information is treated with confidentially and sensitivity.  The goal is for clients to feel heard, energised, informed and empowered to improve their wellbeing.  All workshops are designed to be inclusive of everyone regardless of gender, sexuality, age, background, culture, ethnicity or religion. All activities are based on research, evidence-based best practice.

What to expect:

You will participate in guided creative art experiences to help you relax, explore your thoughts, feelings and beliefs and connect with others. You are in control of your own experience and can choose how deeply you would like to participate. You will be given the opportunity to share your experience, thoughts and feelings however, you also have the option not to join in the sharing.  At times feelings may be expressed as tears or discomfort. This is a healthy human response and can be an opportunity to release long-held emotions to enable you to move forward. Experiences are designed to increase self-awareness while empowering you to identify strategies to support wellbeing.

Your responsibility is to:

· be respectful of self and others,

· be kind and suspend judgement, participating as you are able,

· bring your sense of fun and curiosity, along with an open heart,

· maintain confidentiality of others and

· turn your mobile phone to silent.
