 All customer information including, name, email and phone number, is collected by chill-art-connect for the purpose of managing workshop bookings, providing you with updates and ensuring we are delivering you the best possible service. You may also be offered other opportunities to connect with us, for example, subscribing to the newsletter on an opt-in basis only. You can choose to unsubscribe from the newsletter or emails at any time with 'unsubscribe links' provided in all relevant emails. 

In order to ensure workshops are tailored to participants' needs, participants are also asked to provide information about any conditions that may impact their participation or wellbeing during workshops on the consent form. This information will be treated with sensitivity and will remain absolutely confidential. Customer information will be stored securely at all times and will not be shared with other parties, excepting that client data may be shared with legal authorities if required by law or with authorities if there is a reasonable suspicion of the possibility of harm. You have the right to request a copy of your data at any time and may do so using the Contact Us form.  Chill-art-connect complies with all aspects of Australian law. 

All bookings are processed by Class Bento who also process payments and refunds. Please refer to Class Bento regarding their privacy policy and Terms and Conditions.

GoDaddy and Google analytics may collect data from the website for the purpose of site analytics. The website collects cookies. A ‘cookie’ is a small file placed in your web browser that collects information about your web browsing behaviour. The use of ‘cookies’ allows this website to tailor its configuration to your needs and preferences. Cookies do not access information stored on your computer or any personal information.

If at any time you are concerned about how your private information is managed, please use the   Contact Us form to outline your concerns in detail and allow 5 working days for a response.
